For the $39 a week payment plan, we will just direct debit a maximum* of $39 a week from your credit card or bank account after you have had your first appointment which includes a $2.50 weekly account service fee. As part of these direct debits there is a one-off establishment fee of $39 when you sign up. Thats it! No other hidden fees!

*If you are late or miss a payment, there may be an additional charge of $29.

What happens if you are still unhappy with the outcome?
If after lodging a compliant with and providing us with time to respond and we do not reach agreement on your complaint what is next?
You can refer certain matters to the Credit and Investments Ombudsman (CIO), who can investigate and resolve disputes of up to $250,000. This service is free to you. You can lodge your complaint by phone, fax or mail.
